Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the babyjili account. babyjili targets a processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for GCash withdrawals, though actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider processing times and the volume of withdrawal requests. babyjili is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
babyjili reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the completion of KYC verification or the investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the babyjili platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). babyjili does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

In the event of a technical error during bet placement, babyjili reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations – whether caused by human error, software malfunction, or data feed failure – babyjili reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. babyjili will not be liable for any losses arising from such errors. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all electronic gaming machines and software-based games on the platform.
